Just when that desire [the desire for complete control by the Husbandman, to see the light fill his eyes and to respond with love returned] grew too intense to be confined, the Husbandman appeared before her.

"Sir, what would you have me to do?" The plea, expressed, brought peace, and the Husbandman replied:  "TO THE VINE, Tovina, TO THE VINE! You are mine, Tovina. You are part of my beloved Vine." Gently then, the Husbandman bent her as he wished.

His hand upon her filled her with joy as intense as had been the longing for his control. She feared not his plans for her; she eagerly watched each move.

"‘Tis the height of adventure!" exclaimed Tovina to the branches nearby. "Real adventure with no threat of failure!"

They took note of her that she spent more and more time in seeking connection TO THE VINE.
